GfV Travel Grants to Attend the Smögen Summer Symposium on Virology 2026

The Swedish Society of Virology (SSV) will hold its 23rd annual Smögen Summer Symposium on Virology on August 20–22, 2026. GfV is once again offering support to five of its young members (Ph.D. students and postdocs with up to three years of experience, as well as physicians in training) by providing a travel subsidy of 400€ each.

In addition, travel grant recipients will have the opportunity to participate free of charge in the training course on Viral Pandemics and Pandemic Preparedness offered by the Swedish Research School NDP-VIP.
