GfV Travel Grants to attend the Smögen Summer Symposium on Virology 2026

The Swedish Society of Virology (SSV) will have its annual 23rd Smögen Summer Symposium on Virology on August 20-22, 2026. GfV is offering again support for five of its young members (PhD students and postdocs up to 3 years, as well as physicians in training) by providing a travel subsidy of 400€ each.

Additionally, travel grant recipients will have the opportunity to participate in the training course on Viral Pandemics and Pandemic Preparedness offered by the Swedish Research School NDP-VIP free of charge.
