Membership fee

The regular membership fee is 100.00 euros per year.
The fee is reduced to 10.00 euros for student members. After four years, student membership is automatically converted to full membership if the person concerned does not submit proof of study.
On request, the annual membership fee can be reduced to EUR 10.00 for unemployed members and members with no regular or very low income. Retired members pay a reduced fee of 50.00 euros. Please submit proof of this in good time.

You authorize the GfV to collect the annual membership fees in the current year automatically and without further notice. The direct debit will be made under our creditor identification number DE44ZZZ00000718529. Please inform the GfV office (geschaeftsstelle@g-f-v.org) if your bank details or membership status (student to regular) change.

Requirements

Please provide the email addresses of two full GfV members as a reference, who can be contacted in case of queries. In the case of student members, please provide the name of the supervisor (doctoral supervisor, mentor, etc.).

Notice period

Please inform the GfV secretary and the GfV office in writing of your termination by the end of the year:

The sensitive data collected for registration is only collected for the purpose of membership administration and is not passed on to third parties. Address data is visible to other members on the homepage and is also used for information mails, surveys and newsletters of the GfV. This data is also not passed on to third parties.
