The Institute for Translational HIV Research (ITHF) of the University Hospital Essen (UK Essen) is proud to host the first HIV workshop in Essen entitled “Symposium on HIV Immunology, Vaccine, and Cure Research”. The symposium will take place on April 21-22, 2023, at the University Hospital Essen (Lern- und Lehrzentrum (LLZ), Deichmann-Auditorium, Virchowstr. 163a, 45147 Essen, Germany) and has been organized by Prof. Dr. Christina Karsten, PD Dr. Kathrin Sutter, and Dr. Roland Schwarzer.
Thanks to the support of the Kulturstiftung Essen, participation in the workshop is free of charge. Registration is not required for audience members, and participants can earn 10 CME points.
The event features keynote lectures by renowned experts in their fields, including Dr. Björn Jensen (University Hospital Düsseldorf), Dr. Jan Chemnitz (PROVIREX Genome Editing Therapies GmbH), Prof. Dr. Daniel Sauter (University Hospital Tübingen), Dr. Laura McCoy (University College London) and Dr. Ulrich Meyer-Bunsen (Janssen-Cilag Pharma GmbH).
