We warmly invite you to join the 32nd International Symposium on Hepatitis C Virus, Flaviviruses and Related Viruses (HCV-Flavi 2026) in Copenhagen, Denmark, from September 14-17, 2026! This esteemed meeting brings together leading minds and research in the fields of hepatitis C virus (HCV), orthoflaviviruses and related viruses. For its 32nd edition, we stand on the shoulders of giants who, since the discovery of HCV, have built the extraordinary research profile of this meeting, and of those who have more recently made it an equally important cornerstone in orthoflavivirus research. With the Copenhagen meeting, we will continue this legacy by highlighting the most pronounced advances in the field. At the same time, we are also dedicated to the important research on related viruses, such as pesti-, pegi-, and other hepatitis viruses.

Since its inception in 1992 this yearly meeting has rotated through venues in Europe, North America and Asia/Australia. In 2026, we are excited to bring it to Scandinavia for the first time. This symposium has a strong tradition of driving discoveries in virus replication, immune responses, pathogenesis and genetics, and providing the knowledge base for spectacular advances in antiviral and vaccine development. While HCV, orthoflaviviruses, and related viruses share many characteristics, their differences also allow for unique approaches that can cross-fertilize discoveries between them.

This event is your opportunity to connect with leading experts, researchers, and healthcare professionals from around the world to discuss the latest advancements. Our program will feature internationally renowned plenary speakers, oral presentations, pitch talks, and poster sessions in addition to social networking events.
