Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
Dear colleagues,

We cordially invite you to the 20th HepNet Symposium - the German Liver Conference. This year, too, we will be addressing current clinical and basic scientific issues.

The "Current Hepatology" session will focus on the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH). Current hepatology cases will also be discussed.

In the Special Session, two highly topical issues will be presented briefly and concisely: artificial intelligence in medicine and the use of digital health solutions for fatty liver disease. The Special Lecture will also deal with MASLD (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease) and the new multidisciplinary European guideline.

The topic of the third session on Friday will be liver tumors. First, a presentation will summarize important news from current congresses. This will be followed by an interdisciplinary tumor board discussing controversial cases.

On Saturday, new data on viral hepatitis and steatotic liver diseases will be presented. There will also be two high-level panel discussions on "Screening of liver diseases" and "The future of hepatology in Germany".

The third session on Saturday, "Rare liver diseases", will focus on polycystic liver disease, Wilson's disease and primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). Exciting cases from the "ERN RARE-LIVER" will also be described.

The 20th HepNet Symposium offers you up-to-date information on important topics in hepatology and the opportunity for personal exchange. We look forward to meeting you! Register here or click here for more information.
