Aim
This community-organized meeting provides an opportunity for young herpesvirus researchers to present their data to a knowledgeable audience, meet colleagues, and initiate fruitful collaborations. We will enjoy short oral presentations and poster sessions given by graduate students and postdocs, which will be selected from submitted abstracts. We will also have several excellent keynote lectures covering various aspects of herpesvirology.
When and Where
The workshop will start at 13:00, 24th of September 2026 and last until Friday evening, 25th of September and will take place at “Hörsaal R” of Hannover Medical School (MHH), located on the ground floor of the I6 building, at Carl-Neuberg-Strasse 1, 30625 Hannover. The MHH campus is easily reached by U-Bahn line number 4, station “Medizinische Hochschule Hannover” (direction Roderbruch).

Deadline for registration, abstract submission and payment: 23rd of August, 2026
Abstract submission will open on the 15th of June, 2026
Abstracts should contain title, authors (please highlight the presenting author), affiliation(s), and a body of text of max. 300 words.
