Aim
This community-organized meeting provides an opportunity for young herpesvirus researchers to present their data to a knowledgeable audience, meet colleagues, and initiate fruitful collaborations. We will enjoy short oral presentations and poster sessions given by graduate students and postdocs, which will be selected from submitted abstracts. We will also have several excellent keynote lectures covering various aspects of herpesvirology.
When and Where
The workshop will begin at 1:00 p.m. on September 24, 2026, and run until Friday evening, September 25. It will take place in “Lecture Hall R” at Hannover Medical School (MHH), located on the ground floor of the I6 building at Carl-Neuberg-Strasse 1, 30625 Hannover. The MHH campus is easily accessible via U-Bahn line 4, getting off at the “Medizinische Hochschule Hannover” station (toward Roderbruch).

Deadline for registration, abstract submission, and payment: August 23, 2026
Abstract submission will open on June 15, 2026
Abstracts should include a title, authors (please highlight the presenting author), affiliation(s), and a body of text of no more than 300 words.
